OUR INTEGRATION PROCESS
From the first day they set foot in Bewell Consulting, our collaborators benefit from a four-step support program, our Integration Process. These training sessions structure and professionalize the arrival of our new consultants, and their aim is to familiarize new arrivals with the fundamentals of the consulting business as well as with the firm’s operations and offerings.
The first two sessions bring methodology and tools, thus facilitating the consultant’s integration in the firm.
Once this orientation period completed, two other training courses accompany the consultant in his personal and professional development:
- A group session on the “Fundamentals of the consulting business”: Presentation of the firm and its organization, definition of the business and know-how of the Consultant, client relations, relations with the Firm, monitoring a mission, and deliverables, etc.
- A group session “According to your Area of Specialization”: Presentation of the firm’s offerings related to your area of specialization: Finance, Risk, Change Management, Operational Efficiency, Capital Markets, and Asset Management, etc. Other topics include sharing our experiences and mission case studies, etc.
